Sirtaj + Rydhima Engagement Ceremony

July 30th 2011 Sirtaj & Rydhima exchanged their engagement vows in Santa Clarita, CA. The celebration was held at Sirtaj's home along with all of the family on both sides and few personal friends. Every one was wearing their traditional vibrant color clothes. It was amazing to witness and be a part of the celebration
Rydhima was wearing vibrant colorful bracelets on both arms.

Families on both side meeting and greeting each other for the first time.
Preparation for the ceremony

In the middle of the celebration both sides of the family are exchanging presents from jewelry, food and traditional and non-traditional clothing

I was able to grab to couple to take few shots after the ceremony while the whole family was waiting on the other side of the door

Jeremy + Melissa Foggle Wedding

Jeremy + Melissa Foggle 6-11-2011. We were invited by the family to fly for this job at Arkansas all expenses paid for. Melissa's family are so wonderful that they made us feel at home with a southern twist.

While waiting for the time of the celebration the ladies decided to hang out in the back room with their shoes off.

Melissa's dad was tearing up when he saw her daughter on a wedding dress.

It took me a few mins how to get around to get up stairs to get this shot. The path heading up was a door that blend in on the wall.

While the guests where busy dancing, I was able to grab the entourage along with the bride and groom. I told them lets make this a 1 fun shot and to do whatever they like. I gave them few pointers and when I said "ready" they did their own act.

As the night end, we all went back to the hotel, Jeremy and Melissa came to our room with our friends from 3starts and Risingsun video team and brought some left over food. I told them I want to take one more shot of them that I found a good place in the lobby. Of course we didnt have the right equipment but rather I improvised a softbox made of JC penny paper bag, put it on the portable flash. Then I instructed Kirby to lift it up and pointing down. The result? Epic-shot!
