Ivan + Stephanie Bermudez Wedding

Ivan and Stephanie became "ONE" on Sept 21 at Good Shepard Catholic Church in Beverly Hills
They decided for for the bride to get ready at their own house since it was close by to the church.
While the bride was having her make up done at their own house. The fellas were in the master suite of the Andaz Hotel in Sunset Blvd couple of blocks away from the Church. It has an amazing view and great hotel service.
The bride was anxious but her entourage was there to calm her down and help her coordinate things that needed to be done. Way to go ladies!
While at the church in the bridal room, Stephanie's mom came by and was tearing up when she saw her in the dress. One of the bridesmaid was telling her not to cry otherwise everyone else will be crying and make up will be running on their face before the ceremony. They all started laughing and continued helping Stephanie.

The Church rules were challenging since there were only certain spots we can take photos, but.. we were able to bend certain things to capture this part

After the church photos we went to a near by park right by the famous landmark Beverly Hills Hotel.
Perfect timing while the suns was going down and Stephanie with her dress was magically glowing.

The bottom line.... The man has to shoulder his woman and guide her to the car, while Stephanie kept on stepping on her dress =)
Great view of Hollywood and Downtown LA from the reception

The reception was a success, the family and guests enjoyed the celebration. Food was very good and every one just went all out and had a great time
Ivan and Stephanie's baby daughter Penelope was among the single ladies ready to grab the bouquet!
Congrats Ivan and Stephanie Bermudez!!!

Ivan + Stephanie Engagement -Session

Ivan, Stephanie & their daughter Penelope at the historic Memory Garden in San Fernando Mission

Right on the spot, Ritchie and I sense that both couple draw their strength from their daughter. She is brings out the best in them

They told us that they are not used to taking photos and we surely made them comfortable by allowing them to be themselves throughout.

Even their dog loves picture moments

I asked both what is it like when it is just the two of you. Ivan answered with a playful display and bit Stephanie's hand.

End of the day, baby Penelope is done, sound asleep and I was able to capture this moment when both couple kissed her.

Tony + Angela Chan Wedding

Tony & Angela 6-8-2013 La Crescenta Country Club. This place has a great view and we shot this at hole #9 by the lake and with the amazing view from the back.
The couple and their entourage are just amazing to work with. We only did 2 takes and they nailed the second shot. However the first shot wasnt glorious I would say since the bridesmaids where wearing heels. But when they took it off to show what they got, they dominated the jump against the fellas.

When we arrived at this place, we noticed that the ladies and even the bride were relaxed and calm. No chaos or people running around. They were eating brunch and just having a girl conversation. Angela was even gracious enough to joke around and laugh with her friends.

Everyone is done with the hair and make up. Time to celebrate!!!

Since the ladies had to take over the room, the fellas settled at the lobby

When the bridesmaid stepped back to look at Angela after helping her to put on the dress, there were so much joy and emotions how beautiful she look on the dress.

The groom and bride exchanged personal notes from the other side of the door

Prayer before the ceremony

The bride and her father entering the room

Tony and Angela mentioned that they have never kissed and was saving it for this day. Well... this is the day they have been waiting for.

Mr and Mrs Chan at last... greeting the guest and their families.

Single women getting ready ....

Instead of throwing the garter to the crowd, Tony attached it to a football and did a bounce pass where the younger kids jumped on top of each other to grab the ball. No hope for the  single men in the back. Not this year I guess =)
And the party has continued....... What an amazing day...
